PILATES STUDIO

Bublik.fit is a certified professional Pilates studio that has been improving the quality of life through the right movements for 12 years. Classes in the studio are held individually, in minigroups and in groups.

• TRX (a type of strength training using a suspension system made of belts);
• Gymnastics for people with ankylosing spondylitis (author's technique of the founder of the studio, Irina Bublik, which preserves the mobility of the spine and the entire musculoskeletal system);
